Tony Youngs has been a full time real estate investor for 32 years. He bought a home study system in
1986 at a seminar and actually applied it. Within his first 3 weeks he stumbled across a foreclosure that
was desperately in need of repair. He bought the property with OPM and renovated it and 88 days later
received a check for $27,566, 83. That check was equal to a years wages at his job as an Aircraft
Mechanic, A career he gave up after five rapid real estate deals.
Due to his rapid success, Large real estate companies hired Tony to train their students and employees
by taking them out in the markets of their own cities. Tony has literally taken students by the hand and
knocked on doors of distressed Hidden Market properties in all 50 states.
Tony still to this day goes out and acquires distressed properties every week and rehabs them if they
have 50 to 100k profit potential, and wholesales the rest of them to other investors.
