TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES:

Learn and Enjoy! And Actually Do It! By signature below, I hereby acknowledge and authorize the following: I understand that buyer has the right to rescind pursuant to Title 1, Chapter 2, Section 125 of the Federal Consumer Credit Protection Act (Public Law 90-321) and the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto; after three day cancelation period ALL SALES ARE FINAL; ALL PRODUCTS ARE AS IS; that if any goods are defective a replacement will be provided upon notification to seller at the contact information provided above within 30 days of this contract date; that it is my responsibility to inspect products provided. I hereby authorize and agree seller may charge my credit card for the amount(s) listed above and at the interval(s) above, either with or without my signature, until the full amount due is paid in full; to pay a returned check fee of $45 if my check is cancelled or returned and will provide a prompt alternative method of payment to seller; I will not dispute charges made to my credit card without first contacting seller to discuss any issues; to be subject to a $200 stipulated damage to seller for damages resulting from any charge back by purchaser and agree to make full payment by other means promptly. I acknowledge and agree that seller has made no promises or warranties regarding the items being sold or information provided therein; and dedication to following direction; that I assume the risks; that I have not been guaranteed any results or made any promises; that the results are entirely dependent on my own actions; that there are risks involved and that I am willing to take appropriate steps to educate myself before making any of my own decisions and agree to hold harmless seller for any mistakes I make; seller reserves all rights and makes no guarantees. I consent and agree to seller contacting me via email or phone with additional news, updates, products, and speakers; to personal and subject matter jurisdiction and choice of venue in Las Vegas County, Nevada regarding any disputes arising here from; that if any portion of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable that it will be severed with the remainder of agreement having full force and effect as if severed potion never existed. I so adopt this paragraph and agree to be a do-er and be successful evidenced by signature below:

Las Vegas REIA does not exist to render and does not give legal, tax, economic or investment advice and disclaims all liability for the actions or inaction taken or not as a result of communications from or to its members, officers, directors, employees and contractors. Each individual should consult his/her own professional advisor.

Our goal is to educate the investor based on information edited from material contributed by leaders in the real estate investing, legal, accounting, property management, financial, legislative and other related professions.

By attending any of the activities provided by this association, the member hereby releases, photos and video that may be taken of member during any meeting, discharges and agrees to indemnify the clubName, its respective officers, directors, members, employees and/or contractors, past or present, from any and all liabilities associated with our organization.

The viewpoints expressed and methods promoted by speakers at Las Vegas REIA events are not necessarily those of the board, staff, or leaders of the association.


Refund Policy:
I understand that ALL SALES ARE FINAL; ALL PRODUCTS ARE AS IS; I understand that defective goods will be replaced upon notification to vendor via the contact information provided here from 30 days of the purchase: REAL ESTATE INVESTORS' ASSOCIATION, LAS VEGAS, 8335 Winnetka Ave., #103, Winnetka, CA 91306. I understand that it is my responsibility to inspect products provided; if I provided vendor with a credit card, then I hereby authorize vendor to charge my credit card for the amount listed, either with or without my signature; if I agreed to make payments then I agree to allow vendor to charge my credit card for the amounts listed, each and every month until the full amount due is paid in full; I understand that if my check is cancelled or returned that I will promise to pay a returned check fee of $45 and to provide a prompt alternative method of payment to vendor.
