Furthermore our credit card processing is done via a third party process service, Solupay Consulting, Inc, which is equally committed to privacy and security and maintains Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards or PCI DSS for all Las Vegas REIA authorized transactions. PCI DSS is the bankcard industry's most stringent security standard. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect customer-information off-line. All of our customer information, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our treasurer or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.
